Preparation

12 g tea leaves (11 level Tealamass) to 1 liter of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 80°C/176°F (let water cool for about 10 min. after boiling). Allow to brew 2 min.

Die Teebüsche des Gartens auf dem Festland bestehen aus einheimischen Kultivaren, die dem Grüntee ihren unverwechselbaren Charakter verleihen.
