Wherever many people are involved in the processes from the origin to a trustworthy product, a great deal of commitment, a high level of scrutiny and passion goes into ensuring that rules are in place to protect the rights of people and nature, but individual violations cannot be completely ruled out on the long journey from the tea garden to the teacup. 

The family-like corporate culture at TeeGschwendner promotes direct dialogue on critical issues. In addition, TeeGschwendner has appointed an external ombudsman to whom all employees and external third parties can turn confidentially and anonymously. The ombudsman receives reports of possible violations (whistleblowing management), as regulated in these rules of procedure
