General terms and conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is for consumers only.

The contract is concluded with TeeGschwendner GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract regarding those items. You may place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and amend your entries at any time prior to submitting your binding order by using the correction facilities that are provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed by clicking on the order button which indicates your acceptance of our offer concerning the goods contained in the shopping basket. Once you have sent your order you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail.

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English, French

We save the text of the contract and forward the order data and our Terms and Conditions to you on a durable medium. You may also view the text of the contract in our customer login area.

Delivery costs may apply to the product prices displayed. Further information on delivery costs, if applicable, are explained within individual product offers.

We only dispatch goods en route. Pick up by the customer is only possible via our "Reserve & Collect" service and only in the participating stores.

The following payment methods are available in our online shop.

If you select advance payment we provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods on receipt of funds.

You provide your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing your order.

By placing an order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of charging your account at least one bank business day in advance (so-called prenotification). A bank business day is any working day with the exception of Saturdays, national public holidays and the 24th and 31st of December each year. Debiting the account takes place after shipping the goods.

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers further payment modalities in the customer account selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information on this in your PayPal account.

The invoice amount is due 14 days upon receipt of the invoice and the goods by bank transfer to our bank account. We reserve the right to allow payment by invoice only after we verify your credit rating.

You may pay the invoice amount in cash on collection.

For the "digital voucher card" service, the payment methods are limited to credit card and Paypal due to the immediate dispatch of the vouchers.

Apart from ordering to your postal address, you can also select the desired items in the online shop and reserve them free of charge at a TeeGschwendner location within Germany selected by you from the list of participating specialist shops. Please proceed as follows in the ordering process:

By making this selection ("Reserve & Collect" in combination with the payment method "(Cash) payment for self-collection"), you can reserve the desired products for collection from your selected TeeGschwendner shop. We will transmit your pick-up request to your selected TeeGschwendner shop. Please note that in the vast majority of cases, the specialist shops are run by our franchise partners and are independent businesses; accordingly, the regulations set out in the data protection provisions apply in this case.

The products you have ordered will generally be made available for you to collect for 5 working days after your reservation. Should individual products exceptionally not be in stock in the selected TeeGschwendner specialist shop, you will be informed by email.

After you have sent your reservation online, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your online reservation (reservation confirmation). Your reservation made in this way does not yet constitute an order subject to payment. A contract of sale is not concluded until you have decided to make the purchase in your local specialist shop. therefore, in no case is there an online purchase. Payment, as well as the collection of PAYBACK points and / or the redemption of vouchers, only takes place in the specialist shop on site. The contractual partner for a purchase is always the franchise partner you have chosen.Please note that the prices shown in the online shop are recommended retail prices.

When you collect your goods from the specialist shop, please quote the reservation number that we have given you in the reservation confirmation.

The reservation does not entail any legal obligation, it is therefore non-binding for both parties and does not oblige either to purchase or to provide the reserved goods. Rather, it is a free, voluntary and non-binding service. It should be noted that the stock of goods at the time of receipt of the reservation confirmation is subject to the reservation of other sales or reservations by other customers in the meantime.

Neither TeeGschwendner GmbH nor the participating specialist shops and their owners are therefore liable for incorrect reservations or reservations not made, irrespective of the customer correspondence that has taken place.
