Reserve & Collect

Simply reserve tea online and pick it up on site!

With our Reserve & Collect service, you can easily select your tea via our online shop and then pick it up at your local TeaGschwendner shop at the desired time. The reservation is free of charge and non-binding, and you only pay for the goods when you pick them up at the shop.

It's that simple:

Step 1

Place the desired items in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Here you will be shown the possible shipping and payment methods. Select the shipping method "Reserve & Collect" and the payment method "(Cash) Payment for self-collection".

Step 2

Select the shop where you would like to collect the reserved goods. Select the desired collection date and complete the order. We will immediately send you a reservation e-mail with all the important information.

Step 3

(At the specified desired date) within the opening hours of the selected specialist shop you can collect and pay for the reserved goods. Please have your reservation number ready. If an item is not in stock, the selected shop will contact you as soon as possible.

Support your local specialist shop and collect your order in person on your preferred date. Quick and uncomplicated!
