12 g tea leaves (4 level tabelspoons) to 1 liter of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 3 min.

This Edmon's speciality is a unique blend of the best harvests from the highland regions of Yunnan in China and Dhankuta and Panchthar in Nepal.
While Nepal is a very versatile growing country where various specialities are produced, Yunnan is primarily known for Pu Erh and mildly spicy black tea. In this cuvée, we have blended selected black teas from highland regions to produce an amber-coloured cup.
Despite this similarity, the selected batches each have their own independent flavour profiles, which complement each other harmoniously in the carefully balanced cuvée. Balanced cup, slightly spicy with clear notes of honey, muscatel and nut flavours.
Tea-Taster preparation recommendation for this tea
Take 1g of tea per 50ml of water (approx. 100°C), infusion time in seconds: 60, 80.
