Nepal Tinjure Green Spring organic

The cooperative from the village of the same name was founded almost 30 years ago by just 46 tea farmers. But it was only in 2012 that a small tea factory could be built. The tea is produced with an enormous amount of dedication - partly very traditional, partly very experimental. This light, fragrant green tea enchants with the finest roasted aromas.

Organic Green Tea.

Preparation

12 g tea leaves (6 leveled Tealamass) to 1 liter of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90°C / 194°F (let water cool for about 5 min. after boiling). Allow to brew 1.5 min.
