This hand-rolled jasmine specialty is produced to order in limited quantities. Only the very finest shoots are plucked, then carefully processed to render a Green Tea of prime quality. The subtle jasmine scent and flavor is achieved by adding a generous quantity of freshly-picked jasmine blossoms. When the gentle steaming process is complete, the blossoms are then carefully extracted by hand.

Marvellous jasmine tea from Fujian

The tea garden is located in Fujian province. The fields are located in the mountains, surrounded by clean and fresh air due to the dense vegetation. The fertile soil is ideal for organic cultivation. The tea garden mainly produces green tea with a velvety, soft and sweet aftertaste.

Away from residential and industrial areas, the tea garden is situated at an altitude of around 1000 metres and produces the best quality tea due to the natural fog formation. Tea has been grown here for more than 30 years.

What makes this tea so special?

Only young and small leaves are picked, which correspond to one bud and one leaf or one bud and two leaves. The leaves are rolled into balls in April and May, which makes the flavour a little more intense. The flavour is fresh, the taste is smooth like bud tea. After the tea has been rolled into balls, it is flavoured with jasmine flowers, which are then sorted out again.

Tea-Taster preparation recommendation for this tea

Pour 150ml of water at a temperature of 80-90°C over 3g of loose tea and leave to infuse for 2 minutes.

Das Beste was es an grünem Jasmintee je auf dieser Erde gab sind diese Pearls, die ich in Asien in einer Teezeremonie kennenlernen durfte. Ich bin froh, dieses Produkt nun auch hier in Deutschland genießen zu dürfen. Toll, daß es überhaupt erhältLicht war! Danke dafür.
