The perfect harmony of color, aroma and taste
The western part of the Anxi district is surrounded by mountains and clouds and has an average annual temperature of 15-18 °C, a frost-free period of between 260-324 days, an annual rainfall of 1,700-1,900 mm and a relative humidity of more than 78%. These factors combine to create very good conditions for flavor development, which is why Anxi enjoys an outstanding reputation. Most of the soil is an acidic, red soil with a pH value of 4.5-5.6 and a deep soil layer, which is particularly suitable for the growth of tea trees.
