Lecker! Bratapfelig! Im Tee verursacht er aber eine leichte Trübung. Macht aber nichts! Passt zu allen Bratapfeltees, besonders in Gwendalina's! Aber wahrscheinlich noch besser auf Kuchen, Pfannkuchen, Eis, Pudding usw.. Das habe ich noch nicht probiert.

Der Geschmack und vor allem Geruch vom Bratapfelzucker weckt Kindheitserinnerungen, gerade jetzt zur Adventszeit ..... sonntags gab es als Nachtisch immer einen Bratapfel aus der Ofenröhre, übergossen mit selbstgekochter Vanillesoße. Danke für diese Erinnerung
