Preparation
11 g tea leaves (6 level Tealamass) to 1 liter of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90°C/194°F. Allow to brew 1 min. Quite vitalizing and taste good even when cold.
Sencha is probably the best-known and most widespread type of green tea in Japan. Thanks to its wonderfully fresh and tangy flavour with a fine umami note, it enjoys great popularity among green tea lovers all over the world.
