Ich bin sehr unzufrieden, das der Lieferung keine Rechnung beigefügt wird und ich mir zeitaufwending eine Rechnung selbst am PC herunterladen muß. Sie wollen damit Kosten sparen, ich selbst habe die Mühe. Das ist kein guter Kundendienst.
