Der Tee eignet sich gut, um auf dem Stöffchen warm gehalten zu werden wenn die Teezeit mal wieder länger dauert. Er bekommt keine Bitternote und bleibt weich im Geschmack wenn er auch etwas kräftiger wird.

Preparation
14 g tea leaves (8 level Tealamass) to 1 liter filtered or soft, boiling water. Allow to brew 5 min. We recommend 1 piece of Kluntje and a small spoonful of cream per Koppke.
