Wunderbarer first Flush wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Ich koche ihn liebe nicht ganz kochend bei ca 2 Minuten und erhalte einen aromatischen, frischen, blumigen und klaren Darjeeling. Ich suche noch den optimalen gehobenen Mittelklasse-Darjeeling für den Alltag bis maximal 150Eur/kg und der Soom könnte ein solcher werden.
