Vorsicht bei der Temperatur des Wassers beim Teeaufgiessen. 70 Grad ist gut. Temperaturen darüber sorgen sonst dafür, dass der Tee sonst leicht bitter schmeckt. Wenn der gut temperiert ist, dann ist er richtig lecker und der Fruchtaroma kommt gut zur Geltung.
