Preparation

6 g Herbal tea (10 heaped Tealamass) to 1 liter filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 5 – 10 min. Note: Always brew with boiling water and steep for at least 5 - 10 min. This way you are sure to get an absolutely save result.
