More about tea preparation

The best of 4 tea regions combined in one blend

A wonderful composition of the best harvest batches from the tea-growing regions of Anhui (China), Dhankuta (Nepal), Gumati (Georgia) and Hamilton (New Zealand).

For this cuvée, only lots were selected that stand out in the cup with their expressive flavour. While the batches from China and Nepal contribute notes of roasted nuts and honey, the teas from Georgia and New Zealand impress with their lush floral fragrance, cinnamon and light chimney fire smoke. A wonderfully balanced cup that is also suitable for multiple infusions in the gaiwan or kyûsu.

Tea-Taster preparation recommendation for this tea

Brew 1g loose tea per 50ml water with approx. 100°C hot water and leave to infuse for 60-80 seconds. Also suitable for multiple infusions.
