Das "Tea Studio", welches ausschließlich von Frauen betrieben wird, liegt auf einer Höhe von 2000 m in den Nilgiri Bergen in Südindien und erfüllt somit beste Bedingungen für den Anbau und die Verarbeitung verschiedenster Qualitätstees.
Das "Tea Studio", ein junger Teegarten in den südindischen Nilgiris, wird ausschließlich von Frauen geführt. Alles andere als üblich in Indien! Warum? Weil Frauen in Indien in der Regel als Pflückerinnen arbeiten und Tea-Maker sowie Produktionsmitarbeiter männlich sind. Dank moderner Maschinen kann das Tea Studio eine beachtliche Vielfalt an Spezialitäten herstellen.
Die mildwürzigen, weichen und aromatischen Noten in dem Schwarzen Tee Nilgiri Southern Beauty entstehen durch die Expertise der Verarbeitung, welche die Eigentümerin des Gartens, Muskan Khanna, bereits von Ihrem Vater gelernt hat. Zusammen mit Ihrem Team entstehen immer wieder Ideen für neue spannende Experimente in der Teewelt.
