Preparation

Add Green tea powder (about 2 heaped bamboo spoons) in a specially designed matcha bowl (Cha-wan), pour 100 ml of soft, filtered 80°C/176°F hot water and beat in z-shape until frothy using a bamboo whisk (chasen).
