11 g tea leaves (6 level Tealamass) to 1 liter of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90°C/194°F. Allow to brew 1 min. Quite vitalizing and taste good even when cold.

Ich habe in einem Café getrunken und musste ihn sofort für mich kaufen. Jetzt trinke ich ihn jeden Tag im Büro. Auch hier liebe ich die etwas bittere Note jedoch ist diese fein im Aroma und grundsätzlich bin ich jemand, die Tee gerne mag, wenn er den Eindruck macht "frisch vom Feld, grasig"
