Ein aromatischer, frischer, heller und belebender Darjeeling mit wenig Gerbstoffen (gut verträglich).
Er ändert mit der Zeit auf dem Stövchen seine Farbe von gelb in bernsteinfarben und auch damit seinen Geschmack in eine vollmundigere Richtung, dafür nimmt die Frische etwas ab. Aber genau das mag ich sehr.
