Preparation
One tea rose per 0.5 liter of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 80°C / 176°F. Ready to enjoy from 3 min brewing time. The tea can be left in the pot to be re-infused according to your taste.
Traditionally hand-tied in China, the tea roses offer a fascinating spectacle when they are drawn. As soon as the tea roses are doused with hot water, they begin to unfurl and finally present themselves in their full splendour. This is why this tea speciality is traditionally prepared in glass teapots, which allow you to watch this impressive process.
