Redeeming PAYBACK points is now even more secure! At the end of 2023, points payment by date of birth and postcode will be discontinued. Instead, points can now be redeemed even more securely using the PIN of your choice.
You can easily assign your personal PIN on the web at PAYBACK.de/kontoschutzn or by contacting PAYBACK Customer Service (the telephone number is on the back of your PAYBACK card).
