Preparation
11 g de feuilles de thé (environ 6 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée à 90 degrés ; laisser infuser 1 min. Convient également en tant que boisson froide.
Le sencha est sans doute la variété de thé vert la plus connue et la plus répandue au Japon. Grâce à son arôme merveilleusement frais et pétillant avec une fine note d'umami, il jouit d'une grande popularité parmi les amateurs de thé vert du monde entier.
