Großartiger Tee. Jede Tasse ist ein Genuss. Der Duft des Tees schon vor dem Brühen ist phantastisch. Der aufgebrühte Tee hat zarte Aromen, richtig etwas zum hineinspüren.

Naturland
Die Vision einer ökologisch-sozialen Landwirtschaft, deren Grundlage fruchtbare Böden und eine natürliche Vielfalt sind, ebenso das Ziel, solidarisch zu wirtschaften und nicht an Grenzen haltzumachen, leitet die Arbeit des Öko-Verbands Naturland e.V. seit der Gründung 1982 bis heute.
Preparation
12 g de feuilles de thé (environ 6 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée bouillante ; laisser infuser 2 min.
Excellente cueillette printanière à Darjeeling, transportée par avion directement après la récolte pour préserver les nuances uniques de saveur.
À l'origine, seuls les meilleurs thés "first flush" de Darjeeling étaient acheminés par avion. Le thé Darjeeling est toujours considéré comme le "champagne du thé" et la note typique de muguet de cette spécialité de thé ressort particulièrement bien dans le thé par avion fraîchement récolté.
Compensation du CO2 pour le thé par avion
La protection de l'environnement est très importante pour nous, c'est pourquoi nous veillons également à ce que le transport de nos thés soit aussi durable que possible. Dans le cas du thé par avion, cependant, la livraison la plus rapide possible joue un rôle décisif dans la préservation des arômes frais. Afin de réduire autant que possible notre empreinte carbone et de continuer à offrir aux amateurs de thé en Allemagne une expérience de thé incomparablement fraîche et corsée, nous participons à un nouveau projet de reforestation géré par NABU pour compenser les thés que nous faisons venir par avion. Tous les vols que nous prenons chaque année pour transporter les marchandises sont collectés, la quantité de CO2 est calculée sur la base de la quantité de thé et des kilomètres parcourus, puis compensée en coopération avec NABU.
