Ein aromatischer, frischer, heller und belebender Darjeeling mit wenig Gerbstoffen (gut verträglich).
Er ändert mit der Zeit auf dem Stövchen seine Farbe von gelb in bernsteinfarben und auch damit seinen Geschmack in eine vollmundigere Richtung, dafür nimmt die Frische etwas ab. Aber genau das mag ich sehr.

Lingia war bisher Spitzenrieten beim unami-Geschmack. Leider hat er stark abgenommen. Ist das die neue Ernte? Ansonsten ist es ein hochwertiger Tee, den man empfehlen kann.

Preparation
