Der Tee schmeckt wunderbar fruchtig nach Weihnachten, Zimt und Bratapfel ohne dabei zu viel Säure zu haben. Er passt sehr gut in die kalte Winterzeit und hat eine leichte Süße.

25 g d’infusion aux fruits (environ 7 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée bouillante. Laisser infuser 5 à 10 min. Savoureux avec un peu de mie ou du sucre candi blanc.
