Habe bis jetzt erst eine Tasse davon getrunken. Bin überrascht, das sich Schwarztee und Grüntee zu einer vollmundigen Tasse vereinen, leider habe ich überlesen, daß der Tee aromatisiert ist, mag ich eigentlich nicht so gerne, aber ich gebe dem Tee trotzdem noch ein paar Chancen, da er nicht so aufdringlich ist und die Qualität sehr gut ist.

11 g de feuilles de thé (ca. 6 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée bouillante; laisser infuser 2 min.

"Puis-je vous offrir und Nuit d'Arabie ?" demanda un jour un vendeur de thé à une dame qui rougit légèrement à la question. Le cadeau inattendu de l'échantillon de thé s'est toutefois révélé être un coup de chance, car depuis lors, la dame profite chaque jour de la magie exotique et inoffensive des "Nuits d'Arabie".
Dans le monde arabe, la cérémonie du thé fait partie intégrante des réunions conviviales et constitue un rituel important pour accueillir un invité. Cette tradition du thé est pratiquée aussi bien dans les maisons bourgeoises des villes que dans les tentes des nomades du désert. Dans les pays du Maghreb et du nord-ouest de l'Afrique, on boit surtout du thé vert, auquel on ajoute volontiers de la nanamine, et on l'édulcore abondamment avec du sucre. Le moment de la journée n'a pas d'importance, le thé est dégusté en toute occasion, la tâche honorable de la préparation revenant au chef de famille.
