Der Tee eignet sich gut, um auf dem Stöffchen warm gehalten zu werden wenn die Teezeit mal wieder länger dauert. Er bekommt keine Bitternote und bleibt weich im Geschmack wenn er auch etwas kräftiger wird.

Wir trinken ihn einfach sehr gerne, und ich empfehle ihn weiter.
Preparation
14 g de feuilles de thé (environ 8 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée bouillante ; laisser infuser 5 min. Nous recommandons 1 morceau de Kluntje et une petite cuillerée de crème par Koppke.
