Ich liebe den Tee, mit Sprudel aufgefüllt als Eistee, der perfekte Begleiter an heißen Tagen
Preparation
25 g d’infusion aux fruits (ca. 8 à 10 mesurettes) pour 200 ml d’eau filtrée bouillante; laisser infuser 15 min. Ensuite, remplir le récipient avec de l’eau froide jusqu’à obtenir 1 litre et le verser à travers une passoire dans la théière. En laissant l’infusion dans la théière le goût s’intensifie. Ajouter du sucre si souhaité. Délicieux avec des morceaux de citron ou d’orange et des glaçons.
