Ich habe lange nach einem schönen Assam gesucht. Nun habe ich ihn endlich gefunden. Ich hatte eine tolle Bewertung in einem Store von TeeGschwender. Mir wurden drei unterschiedliche Proben mitgegeben, die ich in Ruhe zuhause ausprobieren konnte. Seitdem trinke ich nur noch den English Five o’ clock.
Preparation
13 g de feuilles de thé (ca. 6 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée bouillante ; laisser infuser 5 min.
