Naturland
Die Vision einer ökologisch-sozialen Landwirtschaft, deren Grundlage fruchtbare Böden und eine natürliche Vielfalt sind, ebenso das Ziel, solidarisch zu wirtschaften und nicht an Grenzen haltzumachen, leitet die Arbeit des Öko-Verbands Naturland e.V. seit der Gründung 1982 bis heute.
Preparation
12 g de feuilles de thé (environ 5 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée à 90 degrés ; laisser infuser 1 min.
Ce jardin de thé est divisé en de nombreuses petites parcelles entre lesquelles ont été plantés de nombreux arbres et arbustes, dont l'osmanthus, un arbre au parfum de pêche. La biodiversité ainsi créée aide à respecter le cahier des charges bio pour une culture durable.
À une bonne heure de Changsha, dans la province du Hunan, se trouve ce jardin de thé bio qui s'étend sur près de 250 hectares au total. On y travaille principalement le thé vert.
Plusieurs lacs séparent les différentes zones dans lesquelles poussent les théiers. Comme il peut faire très chaud en été, l'eau de pluie recueillie est utilisée pour l'irrigation. De plus, les arbres fournissent de l'ombre et attirent les oiseaux qui, à leur tour, mangent des insectes - un élément clé de la culture biologique.
C'est uniquement grâce aux efforts de TeeGschwendner que le jardin de thé a obtenu la certification Naturland, ce qui n'a pas été un obstacle après plusieurs années de culture biologique. Dans la région, le jardin de thé est une "plantation de démonstration" que d'autres cultivateurs de thé peuvent visiter afin d'apprendre les méthodes de culture et de transformation durables et réussies.
