Hatte im November und Dezember 2019 in den USA ausschließlich coffeinfreien Tee getrunken und das ist mir gut bekommen. Daher habe ich hier nun auch nach coffeinfreiem schwarzen Tee gesucht.

Preparation
11 g de feuilles de thé (environ 6 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée bouillante ; laisser infuser 3 min. A déguster non sucré ou en ajoutant un morceau de sucre candi et une petite cuillère de crème par tasse.
