Ich habe den Teekanne Assam für 6,9€ / 250g im Glas und denke: wie schmeckt denn eigentlich der Tee wenn er "so richtig gut" ist.
Diesen habe ich dann dank der Bewertungen bestellt. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Geschmack ist nicht nur anders, er ist bewertbar anders. Feiner, blumiger, bei gleicher typischer Assam Stärke. Auch toll das er in der Thermoskanne keine Bitterkeit ausbaut die den Tee nach einer Stunde (wenn man es denn schafft ihn so lange nicht wegzuschlürfen) ungenießbar macht.
Ich trinke ihn in Momenten die mir den Raum geben, diese besondere Qualität zu genießen. Für den allday-Assam nutze ich ob des großen Preisunterschiedes weiterhin den Tekanne-Assam. Nun bereichert um das Wissen und den Zugriff auf die Höchstklasse der Assams. Danke dafür !

Preparation
13 g de feuilles de thé (environ 8 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée bouillante ; laisser infuser 4 minutes. A déguster non sucré ou en ajoutant un morceau de sucre Kluntje ou une petite cuillère de crème par tasse.
