Preparation
11 g de Thé Yogi (ca. 5 mesurettes) pour 1 litre d’eau filtrée bouillante; laisser infuser 5 à 10 min, ajouter du sucre et du lait. Ou de manière traditionnelle : laisser bouillir à feu doux pendant 20 min., verser à travers une passoire et ajouter 1 litre de lait chaud ou froid ; ajouter éventuellement du sucre ou du miel.
