The spring tea is carefully stored until the Jasmine is ready for the harvest in the late summer. Then both - tea and Jasmin blossom - are united to a delicate liason which is mostly known from China. Though after enjoying the first sip it is immediately clear: also in Vietnam this pair fits perfectly together. A mild and floral-fragrant tea with an expressive cup.
Traditionally blended with fresh jasmine blossoms being removed afterwards.
11 g tea leaves (6 level Tealamass) to 1 liter filtered or soft water, boiled and cooled to 75 °C/167 °F. Allow to brew 2 min.
