In springtime only the youngest and most delicate shoots of the tea plant are plucked. Before drying the tea leaves are rolled into the shape of a ball. After a few minutes brewing time the Lung Chu (dragon ball) unfolds. A delicate green tea, sweet and lovely, that can be infused repeatedly several times.
1 tea rose 0.75 l filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90 °C/195 °F (leave to cool for 5 min. after boiling). Ready to drink after 3 min., pot may be refilled repeatedly.
