The name Moonlight alludes to the appearance of the tea leaves: bright tips looking like a crescent moon in the night. After plucking and before drying the tea leaves are being rolled into the shape of balls. After a few minutes brewing time the Lung Chu (dragon ball) unfolds. Velvety-soft yet expressive, never bitter.
1 tea rose per 0.75 l filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90 °C/194 °F (leave to cool for 5 min. after boiling). Ready to drink after 3 min., pot may be refilled repeatedly.
