The name Moonlight alludes to the appearance of the tea leaves: bright tips looking like a crescent moon in the night. After plucking and before drying the tea leaves are being rolled into the shape of balls. After a few minutes brewing time the Lung Chu (dragon ball) unfolds. Velvety-soft yet expressive, never bitter.
